July 2013: Creation of ID Logistics Benelux
ID Logistics started its activities in the Benelux by taking over the Sony EDC in Tilburg. The operation includes the full European distribution of Sony Electronics, specialized technical operations and reverse activities.The warehouse is 80.000 m2.
April 2015: ID Logistics Benelux opened the second warehouse in Tilburg
Two years after our entry in the Benelux market, we expanded our activities with a second warehouse in Tilburg. This warehouse is 47.000 m2 large, has important dangerous goods handling capabilities, which we use for example for operations in cosmetics and fragrances.
January 2016: ID Logistics enters the industrial market
In line with its strategy, ID Logistics introduced an innovative concept for the handling of motorbikes and personal watercrafts. The solution convinced a leading producer to move its operations to our Tilburg site.
June 2016: Opening of the first warehouse in Belgium for a big DIY player
ID Logistics’ extensive experience in DIY, drive for innovation and custom built operations persuaded a major DIY player to entrust his logistics needs to ID Logistics Benelux. ID Logistics will manage both the central warehouse and the control tower for this market leader. The warehouse is located in Willebroek and has a surface of 95.000 m2.
September 2017: ID Logistics attracts retailer
ID Logistics’ extensive experience in retail, drive for innovation and custom built operations persuaded a major massretail player to entrust their logistics needs to ID Logistics Benelux. ID Logistics will manage the dry-food warehousing and the control tower for this customer. The operation will go live in the Tilburg Dongenseweg site.
July 2018: ID Logistics takes over chemical operation
ID Logistics’ drive for innovation and warehousing experience persuaded a major chemical player to entrust their logistics needs to ID Logistics Benelux. ID Logistics will take-over the existing warehousing and the control tower from this customer. The warehouse is located in Amsterdam and has a surface of 20.000 m2.
Q2 2019; first ID Logistics Benelux Greenfield operation in Etten-Leur
Q2 2019 we started-up our first Greenfield site in the area of Etten-Leur. 55.000 m2 dedicated to electronics and white-goods with a strong focus on e-commerce.
Grow with our customers - Q2 2020
We re-organised the operations for one of our main food-retail customers in the Benelux. On of the implications of this re-organization was the fact that we needed more space to fulfill all the requirements of our customer. We moved this customer from our multi-user facility in Tilburg to a brand-new 30.000 m2 facility on the same industrial area in Tilburg.

Q4 2020 - Go live Retail customer in Den Bosch
Since Q4 2020 we operate a Greenfield location for one of the biggest garden retailers in the Netherlands. We deliver all their ‘franchise’ stores from our site in Den Bosch.
