Acting as a responsible company means paying particularly close attention to the company’s role in social mobility and personal development.
ID Logistics provides over 300,000 hours of training for its employees each year. In addition, it gives them the opportunity to progress and benefit from a rewarding career trajectory.
In 2012, ID Logistics also adopted a specific disability programme, HAN’ACTION, in order to find solutions to improve everyday conditions for disabled workers.
This approach is accompanied by an internal communications plan in order to:

In September 2014, ID Logistics signed a partnership agreement with Le Trophée d’Improvisation Culture & Diversité. This association, which organises national improvisational theatre awards between schools, was set up in 2010 on the initiative of Jamel Debbouze and Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière. Each year, it enables students at schools primarily in priority education areas to find out about and try out improvisational theatre, a factor in personal development and social integration. Since 2010, 517 fledgling improvisers have been trained in 5 cities and 12 partner schools. ID Logistics will provide financial and logistical support for the organisation and development of the scheme in the south of France for a period of five years.
