Launched in 2011, the “Talents 2020” scheme is an essential component of the group’s employees career development and management process. Talents 2020 tools are dedicated to each manager and are designed to provide support through each stage of their career with ID Logistics.

The entire project has been devised in close partnership with operating staff in order to ensure that it is fully able to meet managers’ expectations and demands.

Centred around an exhaustive reference framework and based on a centralised IT platform, Talents 2020 allows for:

  • Preparing for annual interviews with the line manager on the basis of clear and factual information

  • Self-assessment of skills and performance

  • Making known and being able to monitor each employee’s development aspirations

  • Training at their own pace using the e-learning module

  • Access to all available positions

Initially launched for activities in France, Talents 2020 is in the process of being rolled out across all of the group’s international subsidiaries.

The tools and processes of the Talents 2020 programme evolve in order to respond to the group’s growth and its development, with the implementation of innovative new modules, extension of the scope of application, factoring in new HR challenges and regulatory or legal changes.
