BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors consists of 8 members, including one non-voting member, with a term of office of three years.

The Board of Directors is made up of representatives of the Group’s controlling shareholders and individuals. The Board is involved in defining, implementing and monitoring the company’s expansion strategy, drawing on the varied and international professional experience of its members.

Eric Hémar
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Eric Hémar, studied at the École Nationale d’Administration and began his career with the Court of Auditors before joining the French Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Tourism in 1993, where he was technical advisor to Minister Bernard Bosson.

Eric Hémar, studied at the École Nationale d’Administration and began his career with the Court of Auditors before joining the French Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Tourism in 1993, where he was technical advisor to Minister Bernard Bosson.

In 1995, he joined Geodis as General Secretary and then head of logistics. He left Geodis Logistics in March 2001 to set up ID Logistics. Mr Hémar has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the company since the general shareholders’ meeting of 21 June 2010. He was previously Chairman of the company.

Christophe Satin
Chief Operating Officer, Board member

Christophe Satin is a graduate of ISG business school and began his career at Arthur Andersen. He then worked for a variety of companies before joining Geodis as overseas finance manager for Geodis Logistics. In 2001, he became joint founder of ID Logistics as Chief Financial Officer and then Chief Operating Officer.

Board member

A graduate of IDRAC Paris, Marie-Aude Hémar held a variety of positions at Caisse d’Epargne IDF from 1986 to 2011 (head of small business customers, small business branch manager and internal audit inspector). Mrs Hémar, permanent representative of Immod, is married to Eric Hémar.

Jesus Hernandez Muñoz
Board member

Jesus Hernandez Muñoz, born in 1959 and a graduate of the University of Madrid gained his international management skills during a career in the logistics sector. He worked for C&A as Coordination Director in Düsseldorf and for Tibbett & Britten as CEO for Spain, Portugal and Morocco, before joining ID Logistics in 2006 as CEO in Spain. He has been appointed recently CEO in Brazil in March 2015.

 

Michel Clair

Chairman of the Audit Committee

A former student at the Ecole Nationale d’Administration, Michel Clair was an auditor and then public auditor at the Court of Auditors (1975-91) before holding a variety of positions within government bodies and several ministries. In particular, he was chief of staff for the Minister of Trade, Craft and Services from 1986 to 1988.

A former student at the Ecole Nationale d’Administration, Michel Clair was an auditor and then public auditor at the Court of Auditors (1975-91) before holding a variety of positions within government bodies and several ministries. In particular, he was chief of staff for the Minister of Trade, Craft and Services from 1986 to 1988.

In 1991, he joined Compagnie Bancaire, where he was General Secretary and a member of the Management Board. After the merger between Paribas and Compagnie Bancaire, he became a member of the Paribas Executive Committee in charge of property and shared services. He joined the Klépierre group in 1996 as a member of the Board of Directors and became Chairman the following year. From 1998 to 2012, he was Chairman of the Management Board and then of the Supervisory Board at Klépierre. He is currently Chairman of Astria, as well as France Habitation and OGIF, and is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Comexposium.

Muriel Mayette-Holtz

General Manager of the Comédie-Française from 2006 until 2014, Muriel Mayette-Holtz, born in 1964, was and is an actor and director. A former student of Michel Bouquet, Claude Régy and Bernard Dort, she taught at the Conservatoire National Supérieur d’Art Dramatique institute of the performing arts from 2000 until 2006.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Burgeap Group, having spent eight years at Veolia Transdev as Director of International Business Development. A graduate of the École Polytechnique, École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and MIT, Michèle Cyna, born in 1957, began her career as a Corps de Ponts et Chaussées civil engineer.

After studying at the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, Jacques Veyrat began his career with the French Treasury and then held a variety of roles within ministerial offices. In 1995, he joined the Louis Dreyfus group, where he had various responsibilities, in particular at Louis Dreyfus Armateurs.

In 1995, he joined the Louis Dreyfus group, where he had various responsibilities, in particular at Louis Dreyfus Armateurs.

From 1998 to 2005, Mr Veyrat was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Neuf Telecom, before becoming Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Neuf Telecom Cegetel (formed from the merger of Neuf Telecom and Cegetel) from 2005 until April 2008. He was then Chairman of the Louis Dreyfus group until summer 2011. Since July 2011, Mr Veyrat has been Chairman of Impala SAS.

Yann Perot
Chief Financial Officer

Yann Perot, age 44, is a graduate of EDHEC business school and began his career at Deloitte in France and in the United States.

In 2000, he joined the Lagardère group as Finance Director of Lagardère Active. He became Chief Financial Officer of NRJ Group in 2007 before joining ID Logistics as Chief Financial Officer in 2009.

Ludovic Lamaud
Executive Vice President, Development and Innovation

Ludovic Lamaud, age 43, is responsible for overseeing and coordinating commercial development at group level and heading up the innovation division.  He holds a DESS advanced diploma in pharmaceuticals distribution and began his career at OCP Répartition Pharmaceutique as head of production tools, before joining Geodis as Re-engineering Strategic Manager and then ID Logistics in 2002 as Executive Vice-President, Research and Development.

Laurent Nicastro
Executive Vice President Operations

Laurent Nicastro, 45, began his career in 1997 with Hays Logistics (now Kuehne & Nagel) as Manager of a logistics facility serving Honda and Christian Dior. He then moved on to become Head of projects for the Consumer & Industry division in 2000, Facility Manager for the Carrefour account in 2003, and then Chief Executive Officer of the Belgian subsidiary Logistics Nivelles serving the same account in 2006. In 2007, Laurent Nicastro joined the Castorama group as Head of logistics in France. Over the ten years he spent at Castorama, he served as Head of the Supply Chain from 2012 and then Head of the Supply Chain, IT and Organization from 2014. Laurent joined the retail chain’s Executive Committee in 2012. Laurent is a graduate of Panthéon Sorbonne University in Paris and holds a DESS postgraduate diploma in logistics management and transport engineering from Lille University of Science and Technology.
