PLANS OF ACTION AND COMMITMENTS

1 – Sustainable development toolbox:

Since 2008, a toolbox accessible via the intranet site has been available to each site. It provides a list of 90 actions with implementation guidelines. These actions cover the entire spectrum of sustainable development, and allow for easy deployment of the projects chosen.

Each site is committed to carrying out at least 3 projects during the year, at least one of which must be in collaboration with a client. This commitment is checked during the site certification audit.

2- Sustainable development E-Learning:

Since the start of 2015, an e-learning module on sustainable development has been offered to all employees. This forms part of the training and integration programme for all new employees, allowing them to understand the challenges at hand and to play a role.

3- Active involvement in customers’ sustainable development programmes (internal certification, CSR ratings):

Each year, the group is involved in assessments by TK’Blue, SEDEX and CDP (Carbone Disclosure Project). Lastly, the group plays a very active role within the DEMETER club, which brings together key players in the supply chain (distributors, manufacturers, logistics service providers and public authorities) to promote concrete actions in a collaborative way.
