SINCE 2013, THE GROUP HAS BEEN COMMITTED TO AN AMBITIOUS LEAN MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME. ITS AIM IS TO STRUCTURE AND INSTALL A CULTURE OF CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT.
This project involves all parties at each site, from site director to pickers and fork-lift operators, and encourages discussion about how to ensure the smooth running of the site. It allows for training and promotion of the leaders of tomorrow by alternating on-the-ground apprenticeships with formal training.
Customer satisfaction, training future managers and involving all employees are the main aims of this overall approach.
