Slotting IQ

Turning artificial intelligence into a decision-making tool for frontline teams! The solution analyses turnover, volume and logistical constraints to suggest dynamic, one-off or ongoing reallocations of picking zones.

ID Dimensionning Clothes

Automates quality control using a smart camera that accurately measures parts, ensuring reliable workflows in operations where precision is critical.

Work Process Intelligence

Analyses movements using sensors to identify ways to improve workstation performance and ergonomics.

Digital Tag

Simplifies picking with dynamic digital labels that display SKU data, barcodes and bin locations in real time.

Security drone

Enhances surveillance of logistics sites using an autonomous drone equipped with HD cameras and night vision.

Transportation AI Agent

Jury’s favourite: An AI assistant capable of prioritising and processing incoming emails from transport operators, helping to streamline day-to-day operations.

Autonomous Stock Taking Robot

Astrid is an AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) capable of performing a pallet rack inventory with productivity of 5,000 pallets per hour. This means sites can do away with fiscal inventories and cycle counts, and also increases quality of service and the productivity of forklift drivers.

Smartvision

Smartivision is artificial intelligence at the service of zero-defect preparation thanks to data filmed by stereovision cameras. Smartvision reduces the error rate by 80%, digitizes the team leader’s position and enables to monitor the preparation of parcels by operators in real time.

IoT, The Internet of Things

The IoT, or Internet of Things, is improving visibility of logistics operations. Connected sensors collect data. They have multiple uses (door opening control, monitoring of electricity consumption, presence sensors, package counting, temperature control, dashboard, etc.). The TOF (Time Of Flight) sensor can, for example, measure the height of a pallet or trigger a restocking operation when the minimum stock level is reached.

Order Picking Robot

The Locus AMR assists operators during the picking process. The robots move autonomously from one location to the next, saving pickers long journeys. Thanks to this solution, the operator does the picking and the robot does the moving. This collaborative process improves productivity and workstation ergonomics.

Autonomous Mobile Robot

These AMRs are used to move shelves and pallets between a storage area and fixed picking stations. They allow for denser storage. The number of shelves and robots is scalable, making the solution very flexible.

VR Training

Innovation

VR Training is a virtual reality training tool. Learners are immersed in a fun experience allowing them to learn the appropriate gestures in a stimulating and secure environment. Three training modules have already been developed at our sites with more set to come.

Tracking by Artificial Intelligence

Thanks to a new visual tag technology, the goods identification codes are optimised to be read by any long range camera. They can be used to track products on the docks or to validate loads.
