2001-2003

CREATION OF A COMPAGNY WITH AN INTERNATIONAL FOCUS

Following the launch in France of services for large-format retailers, ID Logistics kicks off its international expansion with the opening of its first subsidiary in Taiwan in early 2002.

2004-2007

ROLL-OUT OF NEW SITES

Continuation and steady extension of logistics activities with the opening of a number of sites in France, primarily in specialist large-format retail (DIY, home decor, household equipment etc.). ID Logistics grows with the opening of subsidiaries in Brazil, the Indian Ocean, Spain, China and Indonesia, accompanying major clients. The group adds to its offering with the acquisition of haulage company La Flèche Cavaillonnaise.

2008-2010

MOVE INTO THE WORLD OF MANUFACTURING

As of 2008, ID Logistics sees strong growth in the manufacturing sector and provides collaborative solutions between manufacturers and distributors. The group’s international expansion continues with the opening of new subsidiaries in Poland, Argentina and Morocco. In 2010, ID Logistics Russia is launched.

2011-2012

ENLARGING THE RANGE OF SERVICES AND IPO

The group obtains resources for acquisitions with an IPO on NYSE Euronext in Paris on 18 April 2012. At the same time, ID Logistics strengthens its position in e-commerce.

2013 to present

EXPANSION IN ORDER PICKING ACTIVITIES

The group makes its first large-scale acquisition with the takeover of CEPL (sales of €180 million and 2,000 employees), market leader in order picking in Europe, with a very strong presence in the luxury goods, cosmetics/perfume, fashion and e-commerce sectors.

Its international expansion continues with the opening of new subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Germany and South Africa.
