Having started off as a management control intern at head office, I was responsible for all site openings that year (2011).
At the end of my internship, I was offered the role of Finance Manager at the Indonesian subsidiary.
The skills required at the time were full understanding of all financial tools and complete and daily immersion in operations in order to obtain value from the impact of decisions made.
After three years in Indonesia, I returned to France as Management Controller.
My main duties are to support the country director and site managers with day-to-day management and help with decision making, as well as providing a link between operations and senior management in order to allow for better understanding of strategy in the short and medium term.

I joined ID Logistics in 2013 as a WMS administrator. My role was to help operators and pickers with using Infolog. I then moved into the role of WMS Specialist, being the first level of Infolog support on site. I am still in this position today but my duties have been extended to include supporting other sites.
My main responsibilities are providing support at our sites, creating the BO reports demanded by sites, updating documentation after changes in operating processes, and monitoring equipment on site. I look forward to the launch of new projects in order to continue to develop my skills and work with an international support team.

I was hired in late 2007 as a Quality Assistant.
In 2009, my job changed and I took up the position of site assistant, while also looking after safety.
From 2010 to 2012: another change with the introduction of sustainable development and lean management.
2013: the Operations Department offers me the role of QHSE manager for the south of France.
How do you feel in your current job?
It is a very interesting role. Every day is different, and needs vary depending on the site and the time of year.

During my career with ID Logistics, I have been able to hold a variety of positions such as stock manager, process manager, warehouse manager and operations manager. This has enabled me to acquire a wide range of experience and extensive knowledge. I am currently R&D manager.
Why and how have you evolved?
In most cases, these were offers made to me by my line managers. Only my last promotion was a result of my own initiative.
How do you feel in your current job? What are your main duties?
I am pleased with my new job. I have the opportunity to get to know customers “on the other side”. Previously I worked on projects that had already been agreed, while now I have a real impact on new contracts. My past experience gives me a better understanding of customer needs. My main duties are preparing and selling logistics services and promoting innovation.
