Our societal commitments

Engage with local communities

Our company acts as a responsible corporate citizen anchored in the cultural, economic and social life of the regions where it operates

Our Group promotes and supports the initiatives of our employees, all over the world. These take various forms, and are adapted to local needs: funding, logistics assistance or transfer of know-how.

Building lasting partnerships

Since the creation of ID Logistics, we have been developing partnerships in the communities where we operate

Some of the long-term partnerships we have built include the following:

  • In 2004, we created a Brazilian association, IDEBRA, to bring about social transformation in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro by promoting the social and professional integration of around 200 young people each year through sport and academic support.
  • In 2014, a partnership was signed with the French national artistic and cultural education programme “Le Trophée d’Improvisation Culture & Diversité” with the aim of giving pupils in high-priority schools an introduction to improvisational theatre.

Ethics and responsible procurement

We endeavor to act with rigor and integrity, according to our Code of Ethics

Our rules are clear and apply not only to us but also our suppliers. They concern:

  • Our relationships with our stakeholders: specific measures are set out (practices relating to gifts, donations or sponsorship) based on a risk assessment with very precise criteria. A Whistle Blowing system has also been introduced within the Group.
  • Our responsible procurement policy, combining competitiveness and sustainable development. Each of our suppliers and partners is committed to respecting a CSR – Responsible Procurement Charter. We value suppliers who, like us, manage their environmental and societal impacts
  • Finally, we fully support the principles of the United Nations Global Compact, which we signed in 2021.
