Artificial Intelligence for ID Logistics: Staying one step ahead and tackling the challenges of the future!
20 projects have been launched in the fields of computer vision, machine learning, and generative AI to:

  • build a center of excellence
  • explore the possibilities of AI
  • offer our customers the benefits of AI

Our robotics program

Roboost is one of our flagship programs. Its goal is to deploy robotization wherever it can bring operational or ergonomic optimization.
Led by all of our countries, this program focuses on the following solutions:

  • ‘Goods-to-Person’ preparation
  • ‘Robots-to-Goods’ preparation
  • Service robots (cleaning, stock management)
  • Storage and conveying
  • Robotic arms
  • Packing

Our ideation competition

A competition designed to encourage the development of new projects. The most promising ideas are selected by our operational managers for large-scale roll-out.
The 2025 edition in figures:

  • 19 countries involved
  • 5 project categories: Gen AI & Machine Learning, AI Vision, Human Centric, Warehousing Tools, and Automation.
  • 48 projects developed and tested in real-world conditions, 20 of which reached the international final
  • 1,000 operational managers took part in the final vote

Supplier Innovation Xperience

Designed for our partners, the SIX Challenge is all about:

  • Challenging future-focused projects
  • Strengthening the Group’s partnership with our suppliers
  • Demonstrating our ability to embed innovation among our managers and customers

Our replication competition

Complementary to the Kings of Innovation, this competition aims to capitalize on approved innovative projects by replicating them wherever it makes operational sense.
Key figures:

  • around 700 innovations replicated on a global level
  • 3 projects deployed per site on average

Our intrapreneurial serious game

The Factory competition is based on one of the company’s core values: entrepreneurship. It allows our employees to develop a start-up within ID Logistics via a serious game. 18 multidisciplinary teams from our different countries participate in this competition to create new services and tools.
